What the Service does

freecrim keeps your customer records in an Excel workbook held in your own Microsoft 365 storage, and gives you a web app, an Outlook add-in and a Teams app to work with them.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to store the records you put in the workbook.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available.
The workbook stays in your storage, under your control.
